LoopFace is built and maintained by Chan Digital. By installing, unlocking, or using LoopFace, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

LoopFace is free to install. A one-time purchase unlocks the full watch face for the Garmin account and device it's activated on. This is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license — not a transfer of ownership of the app.

Claim codes

Your unlock is tied to a device-generated claim code and the email you provide at purchase. Reinstalling the app or resetting your device generates a new claim code — keep your purchase email accessible, as it's all that's required to restore your license to the new claim code.

Your data source

LoopFace displays glucose data from a source you configure yourself (Nightscout, xDrip+, or AAPS). You're responsible for the accuracy and availability of that data source. LoopFace is a display tool, not a medical device, and should never be used as the sole basis for treatment decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or share your claim code, or attempt to bypass the unlock mechanism.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Dodo Payments (international) — we never see or store your card details. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

LoopFace is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin, Nightscout, xDrip+, or AAPS. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LoopFace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
