LoopFace is built and maintained by Chan Digital. We collect the minimum data needed to operate the app and nothing more.

What we collect

• Claim code: a device-generated identifier used to manage your license.
• Email address: collected at purchase or restore, used only to verify your license.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Razorpay or Dodo Payments. We never see or store card details.

What we don't collect

LoopFace reads glucose data (from Nightscout, xDrip+, or AAPS, per your own configuration) only to display it on your watch face — this data is never uploaded to or stored on our servers. We don't collect health data, device identifiers, advertising IDs, or analytics.

Third-party services

LoopFace uses Garmin Connect IQ (distribution), Razorpay / Dodo Payments (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and Google Fonts (web fonts). Your glucose data source (Nightscout, xDrip+, or AAPS) is configured and hosted by you, independent of Chan Digital. Each is subject to its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email contact@chandigital.in with your claim code and we'll respond within 7 days.
